Employers
AIOIC can assist employers with recruitment, training, and retaining their workforce. We have a large pool of diverse candidates who are qualified, pre-screened job applicants. Our employment developers’ work to match up our candidate’s skills with your job needs. All of our participants have access to pre-placement and job retention services.

Our placement services are free and can save your organization thousands in recruitment costs. Employers can save about $2,500 (non-exempt) or $7,000 (exempt) in average placement expenses.
