Plaudits for American Indian OIC Student!!!

Autumn - a senior at the High School who is graduating this June - was included within the top ten finalists of the United States 5th Congressional District Art Contest sponsored by U.S. Congressman Keith Ellison. She was one of seven to receive Official Recognition for her painting "They Danced Together" - a piece with acrylic paint on beaver pelt.

Her teacher Joe Hobot stated, "We are all so very proud of Autumn's accomplishment. She is very talented and will soon be a tremendous asset to our community."

The recognition event took place at the Perpich Center for Arts Education on May 12th.
