MFIP Employment Counselor- This position will provide both intensive case management supports to the MFIP (Minnesota Family Investment Program) Team and continuous employment services to individuals on MFIP. This position requires both internal and external deliveries of employment services.

Career Counselor- This position will provide both intensive case management supports and coordination efforts for employment placement initiatives. This position requires both internal and external deliveries of employment services, as well as strong background in working with economically disadvantaged individuals, as well as solid skill sets in engaging employer partners.

Lead Career Counselor- This position will provide both intensive case management supports and coordination efforts for the employment services team – with emphasis placed on re-entry initiatives. Therefore, this position requires both internal and external deliveries of employment services, as well as a strong background working in incarceration-to-community reentry. This position serves as the lead case manager for all re-entry services.
