We look forward to welcoming you to the End-of-Summer Bash: Indigenous Arts & Crafts and School Enrollment Festival on Wednesday, August 26.
Vendor Setup
- Setup Time: 2:30 PM (Gate closes at 3:30 PM.)
- Each vendor will receive one 5-foot table and two chairs.
- This is an outdoor event. Tents, canopies, and other outdoor equipment are not provided. If you require a tent or canopy, please bring your own.
Parking & Unloading
Please note that vendor parking is not available on-site.
Upon arrival, event staff will direct you to your assigned vendor space so you can unload your merchandise. Once you have finished unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area at the Red Lake parking lot. No vendor vehicles may remain on-site during the event.
A shuttle will run every 10 minutes between the Red Lake parking lot and American Indian OIC from 2:30 PM to 3:45 PM to transport vendors to the event after parking. Shuttle service will also be available at the end of the event to transport vendors back to the Red Lake parking lot.
